Does anyone think its rude for people to fart when others are eating? I don't, unless it stinks really bad and one should know when they have stinky farts.
 

I got to go see Weezer for $10 + $10 service charge. They were awesome. The covered Pink Floyd's Time with Rivers on drums and they covered Nirvana's Sliver  as one of the encore songs. They played for like two hours, i knew all the songs.   Weezer Rules!!!!!!

I just finished being a juror on a case for the first time.  Sending someone to prison is harder than i thought it would be especially when he should of went to the loony bin.  But i had to uphold the law and use the evidence that the public defender gave to me (none). 

This was a two part case with two different pleas first not guilty second guilty by reason of insanity.  The case took a little over two weeks with a holiday and a couple days off thrown in there.  It was a long two weeks with alot of sitting around the hallways of the courthouse downtown. 

The first part took the longest of the two taking almost 5 days. With two different charges, assault with a deadly weapon and battery causing great bodily harm. The verdict; We the people find you guilty of assault with a deadly weapon and not guilty of battery causing great bodily harm but rather guilty of simple battery. 
 
The second part was full of excitement.  We had experts telling us they're diagnosis of the defendant next the defendant had convinced me he is Tom Cruise, Bruce Willis and LaDainian Tomlinson, but then his mother started to testify. This sweet old lady had everyone in the court room crying. One day later a verdict was reached; We the people find the defendant was not legally insane at the time of the crime.  To bad.
